TableTidier
(beta)

Welcome to TableTidier!

TableTidier is designed to convert variously (and sometimes idiosyncratically) structured tables with non-standard terminologies into standard formats. Please see the documentation for additional details.

TableTidier evolved from an in-house tool to one others can use thanks to a research enrichment grant from the Wellcome Trust.
